This website collects only the information reasonably needed to process custom ASMR requests, tips, customer communications and site administration.
Information collected
For custom requests this can include your name, email address, requested personalisation, request instructions, session choices, payment status and order reference. For tips it can include the amount, optional name, optional email address and optional message.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Raven's Tingle Haven does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Why information is used
Information is used to fulfil requests, record payments, communicate with customers, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Storage and retention
Order and payment records may be retained for accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance. Request details are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfilment and record-keeping.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site, including the hosting provider and Stripe, or disclosed where legally required.
Your rights
