Custom ASMR Request Policy
Custom ASMR requests are commissions for personalised, non-explicit entertainment and relaxation content. Submission and payment do not require Raven to create material that falls outside these boundaries.
Requests we can consider
Examples include whispered or soft-spoken sessions, trigger-focused ASMR, personal-attention themes, roleplay, readings, and other respectful ASMR concepts.
Requests we may decline
Requests may be declined if they involve explicit sexual content, harassment, illegal or dangerous activity, hateful or degrading material, impersonation or deception, invasions of privacy, or content Raven is not comfortable creating.
Review and refunds
Requests are reviewed before production. If Raven cannot accept a paid request, the payment will be refunded in full. Once production has begun, cancellation or refund requests are considered individually and may be refused where substantial work has already been completed, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Shareable vs exclusive
A shareable request may later be published on Raven's Tingle Haven or related channels. An exclusive request is created for the customer and will not be intentionally published publicly by Raven. Exclusive status does not transfer copyright or ownership unless separately agreed in writing.
Turnaround
Any quoted production timeframe is an estimate unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing. Complex requests may take longer.
