Terms
These terms apply to the Raven's Tingle Haven website, custom ASMR requests and optional tips.
Custom requests
Custom requests are subject to the separate Custom ASMR Request Policy. A request may be declined if it cannot reasonably or appropriately be fulfilled. If a paid request is declined before production, the payment will be refunded.
Tips
Tips are voluntary payments made to support Raven's Tingle Haven. A tip does not purchase a custom request, priority treatment, ownership rights or any other service unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in euro unless stated otherwise. The website calculates custom-request pricing on the server before creating the Stripe Checkout session.
Content and intellectual property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Raven retains copyright and other rights in original content created for custom requests. A customer receives personal viewing/use rights appropriate to the selected request type. Customers must not submit material they do not have the right to provide or request for reproduction.
Availability
The website and services may occasionally be unavailable, changed or suspended for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
